All content purchases are made on a monthly basis. As long as payment is made on time, your content links will remain active for the next month.

Your PlugInFeeds urls may be shut down if payment is not made as specified on your invoice. PlugInFeeds also monitors bandwidth usage for fraud and other problems and may deactivate your urls if bandwidth limits are severely exceeded. PlugInFeeds also reserves the right to shut down your account if you are found to be engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activity, including, but not limited to, distribution of child pornography and other forms of patently obscene content, violating our Terms and Conditions in any way.

To cancel, please email us at support@pluginfeeds.com and your links will be deactivated. You will be charged for any bandwidth you used during a new month.

Each product offers at least 24 models with a picture and video gallery for each model plus a short description. Each photo gallery contains at least 100 pictures and each video gallery has at least 25 minutes of video (video length ranges from 35 to 50 minutes, with the exception of the "Dude's Lucky Day" product, which offers 25 minute videos).

Payments are due on the 15th of each month. PlugInFeeds currently accepts checks, epassporte, wire payments, and Visa or Master Card.

If you become an active PlugInFeeds client between the 1st and 22nd of the month, you will be billed for the current month and the next month's charges for the tier you are in. Any overages will be billed at the next 1st of the month along with the 3rd month's tier charges.

If you become an active PlugInFeeds client after the 22nd of the month, you will be billed on the next 1st of the month for past charges and overages, the next month's charges, and the following month's charges.

All invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Multiple payments can be sent throughout the month and will be credited to your account.

Yes, but there may still be charges depending on how much bandwidth is used.

We encourage clients to review their usage stats throughout the month and our staff also monitors your usage and recommends any upgrades. We review your account around the 25th of each month to anticipate any recommended tier changes. Most tier changes must occur at the time of invoicing (1st of the month) & cannot be made to any month's charges that are older than 1 invoice old. Please contact our support@pluginfeeds.com for any tier change requests.

Invoices will be sent every month to the email you provide unless otherwise requested. They can be sent via US mail or Fax upon request.

PlugInFeeds staff is sensitive to client issues like this. As a standard practice we work to compromise on costs for clients dealing with bandwidth leaks. To ensure issues like this do not happen again, we put daily bandwidth usage caps on accounts that have had previous bandwidth leaks however, you are ultimately responsible for your sites' security.

You can check all error messages, causes, and solutions by logging into your PlugInFeeds account and clicking on Errors in the admin section.

Once you are a client, we provide you with specific instructions on how to set up the feeds in your member's areas. We require that you install one of our 3 secure scripts in your secure members area, create the members area url, & then generate your secure feed links within your account.
