1) in Firefox click on Tools-> Clear Private Data

2) Check the boxes for everything and click on Clear Private Data Now

3) click Ok and start browsing!



How to correct multiple video problems in Windows Media Player

Following are a number of steps to correct multiple video display issues in Windows Media Player.
These issues include :

1) No video full audio (also black screen with sound)
2) Buffering
3) Choppy playback, stuttering and scatter

Step 1:

Open Windows Media Player and bring up the tool menu by clicking on the circle in the upper left corner if
its not already there:

Step 2:

Click on Tools

Step 3:

Click on Options

Step 4:

Click on Performance

Step 5:

Adjust the slider under Video Acceleration either up or down, depending on where it is.

Click on Apply and OK. Try the video again. If these steps fail, repeat up to step 4 and then move to step 6.

Step 6:

Click on Advanced

On this page remove the check mark from:

Use video mixing renderer

Click Ok and then Ok on the Options screen.

Try the video again.
